wall.click analyzes every click reaching your Google Ads campaigns through a lightweight tracking snippet on your site, evaluating device, IP, behavior and session-quality signals. IPs scored as fraudulent or low quality are automatically added to your Google Ads exclusion list, and we also prepare detailed reports you can use for refund requests.

Who is this service suitable for?

It suits e-commerce, service-provider, lead-gen and SaaS businesses with monthly Google Ads budgets of ₺10,000 or more. With smaller budgets manual checks may be enough; with larger budgets the absolute savings grow as fraud rate drops, and the investment pays back very quickly.

How are you different from other click-fraud tools?

Three main differences: (1) Turkish-language UI and Turkish-language support — you talk to a team that understands your campaign context. (2) Transparent risk score — you see exactly which signal triggered each block, no black box. (3) Local payments via PayTR, KVKK-compliant Turkish hosting, and a rule set tuned to fraud patterns specific to the Turkish market.

Which ad platforms do you support?

Right now the primary integration is Google Ads; automatic IP exclusion and the refund-report flow run on that platform. Meta Ads and Microsoft Advertising are on our roadmap, but Google Ads is the only platform we actively support today.

Does it work for mobile apps (in-app ads)?

Accepted Answer

No. wall.click is built to monitor web-based ad traffic. If you run app-install campaigns, you'll need SKAdNetwork on the MMP (mobile measurement partner) side, or the fraud filters from Adjust/AppsFlyer.

Question 6

Where should I add the snippet on my site?

Accepted Answer

The snippet should be added to the <head> section of every page on your site. Not just one page — to track real user sessions properly, it must load on the home page, product, category, cart and conversion pages alike. The snippet loads asynchronously and does not measurably affect site speed.

Question 7

Can I install it through Google Tag Manager?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create a Custom HTML tag, paste the snippet code, and set the trigger to "All Pages". One thing to watch for in GTM: set the Tag Firing Priority to 100 or higher so it runs before other marketing tags and catches fraudulent traffic early.

How do I install on Shopify, WooCommerce or Wix?

For Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit Code → add the snippet inside in theme.liquid. For WooCommerce: use a code-snippets plugin (e.g. WPCode) to inject site-wide into , or add it to your theme's functions.php through wp_head(). For Wix: Settings → Custom Code → Add Custom Code → place it in Head. We also have an official wall.click WordPress plugin — installation without pasting code.

Do you have a WordPress plugin?

Yes. Our official wall.click WordPress plugin is listed in the WordPress.org directory. After installing it, just paste your site ID into the panel; the snippet is auto-injected and works in coordination with GA4 and Google Ads.

How do I verify the installation is working?

Accepted Answer

Your wall.click panel has a "Verification" section. Enter your site URL and press "Verify" — it shows in real time whether the snippet is loaded, which version is running, and the click events from the last 5 minutes. You can also check the browser DevTools Network tab to see if requests are going out to wallclick.com.

How long does the trial last and what happens afterwards?

New users get a 7-day free trial; it starts the moment you sign up and requires no credit card. When the trial ends, your account does not automatically switch to a paid plan — we keep collecting data until you manually pick a plan and pay, but automatic blocking actions are paused.

How is payment handled, which methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed through the PayTR infrastructure. Credit and debit cards are accepted; card data is handled by PayTR in a PCI-DSS compliant manner and is not stored on wall.click servers. For enterprise customers we also offer annual upfront payment via wire transfer/EFT.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No, the prices shown in the panel are exclusive of VAT. 20% VAT is added at checkout. The VAT amount is shown separately on your invoice and is recoverable input VAT for corporate customers.

What happens if I change plans — is it pro-rated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the unused portion of your current plan is pro-rated and credited toward the new plan's price. On a downgrade, the new price applies only from the next billing cycle; we do not refund the current period's payment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Go to Account Settings → Subscription and press "Cancel subscription". After cancellation you keep the service through the end of the current billing cycle; then the account moves to the free plan and new data collection stops. Your historical reports remain accessible in the panel for another 90 days.

What kinds of data do you collect?

We only collect what is required for the service to work: the browser User-Agent, IP address (stored in hashed form), country/city-level geolocation, click timing, and visitor behavior signals (page views, scroll, mouse activity). We do not collect personalized sensitive data — PII fields like a visitor's name or email are not processed.

Are you compliant with Turkish KVKK and GDPR?

Yes. Our data processing is designed to comply with the Turkish KVKK and GDPR. As data controller we operate on Turkey-hosted infrastructure; for EU users we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for protected data transfers. See our /privacy and /gdpr pages for details.

How long is my data retained?

Click and visitor data are kept for as long as your account is active plus 90 days. Your account information is retained for 5 years to comply with tax legislation. You can request earlier deletion; reporting and historical analysis capabilities are limited if you do.

Do you sell my data to anyone else?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not sell, rent or share any data we collect with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide your service. The only exception: suspicious IPs are pushed to your Google Ads account to block fraudulent clicks — this is not a data sale, it is part of the service operation you have authorized.

Can I export my data?

Yes. From the panel under Reports → Export you can download all click and visitor data in CSV or JSON format. This export falls under GDPR Article 20 and the data portability right in KVKK.

Question 21

How do I connect my Google Ads account?

Accepted Answer

You connect through the Google OAuth flow: in the panel go to Integrations → Google Ads → Connect and sign in with your Google account. wall.click only requests ad management permissions; we do not access your inbox, documents or any other Google data.

Can I connect my MCC (My Client Center) account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MCC linking is supported for marketing agencies and any structure managing multiple clients. Under a single wall.click account you can manage every client account under the MCC, with separate protection rules and separate reporting per client.

Which Google Ads account types are supported?

Accepted Answer

Standard, MCC, and sub-MCC structures are all supported. No limits. Support for Smart Campaigns is limited because Google does not expose the IP-exclusion API there; for those campaigns we can only provide reporting.

How do I get the invalid-click refund report?

Accepted Answer

Go to Reports → Refund Report in the panel and pick a month; we generate the CSV automatically in the format Google requires. Download it and upload it to the Google Ads Help Center's "Invalid Click Activity" form. Typical acceptance time is 5–15 business days; see our blog post "Google Ads refund request guide" for the detailed walkthrough.

What is your refund-acceptance rate?

Our customers average a 45–60% refund-acceptance rate. The exact rate depends on how detailed the report is and how many evidence signals it contains. Where the industry average for hand-prepared simple reports is 25–30%, wall.click's automatically generated reports rely on behavior signals and fingerprint data, so the acceptance rate is noticeably higher.

Does wall.click submit refund requests to Google automatically?

No. Google Ads does not allow third-party tools to file refund requests directly — the request must be opened manually by the account holder. We prepare the report and hand it to you ready; you upload it to Google's form. That manual step typically takes 5–10 minutes.
