KVKK Privacy Notice

At wall.click we attach great importance to our users' privacy. This Privacy Notice has been prepared to explain which personal data we collect when you use the wall.click service, on which legal basis we process it, how long we retain it, with whom we share it, and the rights granted to you under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). By continuing to use our service, you are deemed to have accepted the data processing practices described in this policy.

2.1 Account information

On signup, we collect basic identity and contact information such as full name, email and company name. This information is necessary to create and manage your account and to communicate with you.

2.2 Click and visitor data

As required by the core functionality of the service, we collect and analyse the following data about clicks on your ads and sessions of users visiting your site:

• IP addresses (stored in hashed form)
• Geolocation information (country, city level)
• Browser and device information (User-Agent)
• Click timing and frequency
• Visitor session data (page views, scroll depth, mouse activity)
• Campaign and ad parameters (UTM, gclid)

2.3 Payment information

Payments are processed through the PayTR infrastructure. Your credit card details are processed directly by PayTR in a PCI-DSS compliant manner and are not stored on wall.click servers.

2.4 Live support conversations and attachments

When you contact us through the live support widget on the site, we collect and process the following data:

• Your name, email address and the content of the messages you send
• Optionally uploaded files, images and voice message recordings (microphone access is only requested when you initiate recording)
• URL of the page where the conversation started and User-Agent information

Voice messages and files are stored on our EU server (Frankfurt) and are not shared with third parties. Uploaded images are resized to a maximum of 1920px and re-encoded for storage optimisation.

We process the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• Detecting and blocking fraudulent and invalid clicks
• Performing risk analysis and security assessment
• Improving service quality and developing new features
• Managing subscriptions and billing operations
• Responding to support requests
• Meeting legal obligations

We do not share, rent or sell your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing may occur in the following limited situations:

• Google Ads API: Suspicious IP addresses are transferred to your Google Ads account in order to block fraudulent clicks
• Payment provider: Information required for billing is shared with PayTR
• Legal obligations: Data may be shared with competent authorities in the event of a court order or legal obligation

wall.click's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs — in particular the Google Ads API — comply fully with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the "Limited Use" requirements.

Wall Click's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only use your Google Ads account data to provide the click fraud protection service (reading campaign data, adding fraudulent IPs to the exclusion list, campaign management — all operations explicitly initiated by the user).
• We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties for advertising, marketing or other commercial purposes.
• We do not use Google Ads data to train machine learning models (for example, feeding it to LLMs).
• Authorised human access only occurs in the following cases: security investigations with the user’s explicit consent, legal obligations, or resolution of critical technical issues required to operate the service.
• You can revoke the Google Ads OAuth connection at any time from the dashboard or from the Google Account permissions page.

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data communication is protected with SSL/TLS encryption
• IP addresses are stored in hashed form
• Passwords are one-way hashed using the BCrypt algorithm
• Regular security audits and updates are performed
• Access controls follow the principle of least privilege

Your click and visitor data is kept for as long as your account is active and for 90 days after the account is closed. Account information is retained for 5 years to meet legal retention obligations (tax legislation).

Files, images and voice message attachments related to live support conversations are automatically deleted from the server and database 90 days after the conversation is closed. Conversation transcripts are preserved for archival purposes, but the related file links are cleared.

wall.click only uses essential technical cookies (session, refresh token, CSRF, theme preference) required for the service to function. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. For details, please see our Cookie Policy page.

wall.click operates in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about the data being processed
• To request correction or deletion of your data
• To obtain information about transfers of your data to third parties
• To request portability of your data
• To object to automated decision-making
• To request compensation for damages incurred due to processing in breach of the KVKK

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. We will notify you by email if significant changes are made. Continuing to use the updated policy means you accept the changes.

You can use the channels below to exercise your rights under the KVKK or for any questions about our privacy policy. Requests will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
