You're billed monthly, quarterly or annually; the period can be switched from the panel and applies at the next renewal. Card charge happens at the start of the chosen period; VAT is added as a separate line on the payment screen, and your e-invoice / e-archive arrives within a few days. We recommend archiving invoices and tax outputs independently of date order for safe storage.
Within 30 days of paying your first invoice, a single support message is enough — generally within one business day, the refund record and the payment return are initiated independently of disconnection. If you bought an annual package, the same 30-day window applies to the first period; used quota generated after campaign activation may affect the refund percentage. Read the full refund process in the current commercial terms document.
On upgrade, the daily delta of the higher plan is applied — proportional to remaining days so no double charge appears mid-month. On downgrade, for security and data integrity, the new quota generally kicks in at the end of the current billing period; this approach exists specifically to avoid disruption while report exports are still retained. If you're on an enterprise contract, the order of dates is defined in the contract addendum.
If you're within the 30-day guarantee, the payment is returned. After that, your panel and API access stay open until the end of the current period — this window exists so you can export campaign outputs safely. We don't charge the card in subsequent periods; data is removed on an automatic cleanup schedule aligned with your retention policy and applicable law. Don't forget to disconnect the ad API before closing.
Card amounts are shown VAT-excluded; 20% VAT is added at the payment screen — organizations with an exemption should choose per their tax policy. For members billed from outside Türkiye, the VAT approach may vary by billing address; for accurate filing, use information verified with your accounting team during onboarding.
Quarterly is roughly 10% and annual roughly 20% cheaper effective monthly rate because the deposit and collection frequency are more favorable. Annual budget approval also speeds up finance flows; the 30-day refund window still applies — you can choose the longer period without risk.
The service doesn't terminate abruptly; you'll get a notification, a panel banner, and a conversation step from your account success team in that order. For overages, the lowest-friction option is usually a plan upgrade near the end of the period; for sudden campaign spikes, sales can also enable a temporary higher quota.
Visa, Mastercard, Troy and American Express compatible cards are accepted directly — the transaction is held until 3DS completes. For enterprise annual contracts, the bank-transfer option is delivered with the price quote attachment; this route should be written together with SLA and escalation clauses.
During the trial the vast majority of production features are available; quota notes tied to your connection and plan tier are read from settings. No card info required; the trial lasts exactly 14 days, no silent renewal or card charge afterward.
You can map workspace-level invoices into your own SLA model; delivering white-label report exports directly to clients under your own markup structure is a common choice. You can also offer a fully-included package or bill operations outputs (like block sources) as SLA-covered hours — alignment with legal required.
