Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the wall.click platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email.

wall.click is a SaaS platform that detects, analyses and automatically blocks fraudulent and invalid clicks on your Google Ads campaigns. The Service includes the following features:

• Real-time click analysis and fraudulent click detection
• Automatic IP blocking and Google Ads integration
• Risk assessment and reporting
• Visitor session recording and analysis
• Campaign-level tracking and optimisation

You need to create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information. To keep your account secure, you should use a strong password and not share it with third parties. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

wall.click offers new users a 14-day free trial. To continue using the service after the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. No automatic billing takes place at the end of the trial; you choose your plan manually.

Payments for paid plans are processed securely through the PayTR infrastructure. Invoices are generated automatically every month. Prices are shown excluding VAT and 20% VAT is added at the time of collection. You can cancel your subscription at any time; in case of cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current period.

When using the Service, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt unauthorised access to the Service or to bypass its security measures
• Not use the Service in a way that prevents or restricts other users' use
• Not send requests that overload our APIs or harm the underlying infrastructure
• Not use the Service to attack third-party websites or Google Ads accounts that are not yours

The following rules apply to files, images, voice messages and text content ("User Content") that you send us via the live support widget or a support ticket:

• Each uploaded file is limited to 10 MB. Images may be resized server-side and converted to JPEG for storage optimisation.
• You warrant that you are the legal owner or authorised holder of the uploaded content. You grant wall.click a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use this content solely as part of the support process.
• The following content is strictly prohibited: materials infringing copyright; illegal, obscene, discriminatory, violent or threatening content; confidential information about third parties (national ID, card, health data, etc.); files containing malware, viruses or exploit code.
• wall.click reserves the right to remove content that violates the rules and to suspend the account without prior notice.
• Voice message recording starts only after you approve microphone permission and start recording. An interrupted recording is deleted without being uploaded.

Attachments are deleted automatically 90 days after the conversation is closed. For earlier deletion requests you can write to info@wall.click.

Intellectual property rights in the wall.click platform, software, logo, design and all related content belong to wall.click. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Using the Service grants you only a limited, non-transferable and revocable right of use.

wall.click provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee any specific outcome. The platform makes best efforts to detect fraudulent clicks but does not guarantee that all fraudulent clicks will be caught. wall.click is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profit or business interruption arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

wall.click reserves the right to modify the service, add or remove features. Users are informed before significant changes. wall.click has the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in such cases, the unused subscription fee may be refunded pro-rata.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of local consumer courts remains reserved for users who qualify as consumers.
